Train every employee.Prove every course.

Courses, assessments, compliance and AI in one product, in French, Arabic and English. Each customer is isolated by the database itself, and hosted where you decide.

What changes

One platform, where it used to take several.

Courses, analytics and AI together: one login, the same permissions, one contract, and numbers everyone can find.

  1. Courses and analytics in one place The dashboard lives next to the courses, with the same login and the same permissions.
  2. AI included Tutor, grading assistance, questions to the data: in the product, under the same contract.
  3. Built for companies Units, job roles, regulatory deadlines and certificates: the vocabulary of a group.
  4. Data you can locate A named host, a contract in dirhams, and the option of hosting in Morocco.
  5. One interface Every course in the same experience, from desktop to phone.
  6. Fast administration Search everywhere, one-click actions, and everything works on a phone too.

The answer

One product. Three jobs.

The same data, the same permissions, the same design, from the employee on a phone to the executive committee.

Sectors

The same burden of proof, in every sector.

One day a regulator, an auditor or a customer will ask who was trained, on what, and when. The answer is one export away.

  1. Banking and insurance

Annual regulatory training, named certificates, follow-up by network, by branch and by job.

AML/CFT · data protection · code of conduct · lending compliance

  2. Industry

Job qualifications, recertification deadlines, check-in on the shop floor from a phone.

Workstation safety · lockout · quality · environment

  3. Retail

Store teams without a desk: short modules on a phone, even offline.

Customer service · hygiene · checkout · products

  4. Services

Onboarding, management and cybersecurity for everyone, in three languages.

Onboarding · management · cybersecurity · internal tools

Proof, not adjectives

Ten differences you will see in the first week.

Compared with the platforms large Moroccan groups use today.

02

One product

Before
Two course interfaces living side by side and an administration from another age.
With Whiteboard
One interface and one design system, from the learner to the administrator.

03

Grade with the keyboard

Before
Submissions open one at a time, grades are typed into a list.
With Whiteboard
A keyboard grading queue (J, K, Enter), the rubric next to the submission, a grid gradebook.

04

Analytics included

Before
Reports in a separate product: another login, questions in English, paid seats.
With Whiteboard
Analytics in the same app, with the same permissions, in French and Arabic.

05

Phone first

Before
A separate mobile app that assumes a good connection.
With Whiteboard
An installable web app, modules available offline and a low-data mode.

06

Reminders that land

Before
Automatic e-mails nobody opens.
With Whiteboard
WhatsApp Business reminders (once Meta has approved your account), with e-mail and notifications as fallback, and quiet hours.

07

AI in the Studio

The AI assistant sold as one more licence.
With Whiteboard

08

How companies actually work

Before
No assignment rules by unit or job, no recertification deadlines.
With Whiteboard
Assignment by unit, job or hire date, recertification, HRIS sync, employee IDs, signed certificates.

10

A contract that protects you

Before
A contract in foreign currency, data nobody can locate, modules billed separately.
With Whiteboard
A contract in dirhams, a server you can name, full export guaranteed, no module sold separately.

For every role

Everyone sees their own work, not a generic dashboard.

The same product opens differently depending on who signs in, and every permission is checked by the server.

Employee

What is due today, in one tap.

  • The Today screen: the deadline, the module to resume, nothing else.
  • Modules readable on a phone, downloaded for offline use.
  • QR-code check-in at sessions.
  • PDF certificates, verifiable by link.

Trainer

Publish, grade, follow up.

  • The Studio: one canvas to build the module, with AI alongside.
  • The keyboard grading queue, the rubric next to the submission.
  • The grid gradebook, attendance, who is late.
  • A sign-in link for occasional trainers.
The Studio: the course outline, adding content and the AI assistant.

Training manager

“Where is the Central network on AML training?”

  • Compliance by network, branch, site or job; every number opens up.
  • Assignment rules and recertification deadlines.
  • A perimeter limited to their units, enforced everywhere.
  • CSV, Excel and PDF exports identical to the screen.
People screen of a training manager: the role, unit and last visit of every employee in their perimeter.

Executives

Hours, costs, compliance. No spreadsheet.

  • Training hours per employee, compliance by unit.
  • Exports identical to the screen, in Excel, CSV or PDF.
  • Questions asked in French or Arabic, answers in numbers.
  • Reports delivered every week or every month.
Analytics: indicators, compliance by unit and people to remind.

CIO and CISO

A product your CISO can audit, line by line.

  • SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect or Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on; accounts provisioned through SCIM 2.0.
  • Each customer isolated by PostgreSQL: forced row-level security, an unprivileged application role.
  • MFA enforceable for administrators, idle sessions expired, support access only with your approval.
  • An append-only audit log, full export, hosting in Morocco available.
Audit log: grades posted, sessions published, individual data viewed, with author and target.

Analytics

Analytics are included. Not sold separately.

Dashboards live in the same app, with the same permissions: a manager only sees their perimeter, and every look at an individual record is logged.

Honest training time

Active time only counts when the page is visible and the person interacted in the last two minutes. Idle time is shown separately.

“Explain this number”

Every indicator has one written definition, reused in the tooltip, the data dictionary, the exports and the answers to questions.

AI

AI that saves hours, with written guardrails.

It prepares, you decide. Nothing it produces is published without human approval.

A course from a PDF

Drop in a document: outline, objectives, modules, content, quiz and glossary, as drafts. Each item can be accepted, edited or regenerated; source pages are cited.

Questions with feedback

Questions on your content, feedback for every answer, a rationale. Automatic checks, then review by the trainer.

Role-play practice

Role-plays and guided dialogues in full screen, language locked — Darija included. Transcript and summary for the trainer, never an automatic grade.

A tutor that cites its sources

It answers on the course content, with citations, ten questions per learner per day, and hands over to the trainer when it does not know.

The guardrails, in writing

  • Drafts only: a human approves before anything is published.
  • Pseudonymous identifiers in whatever is sent to the model.
  • Under the providers' API terms, your content is not used to train their models.
  • Moderation at every turn in conversations.
  • An “AI transparency” page per customer: models, data sent, retention, region, caps, recourse.

A capped cost, in dirhams

The AI add-on costs 30 MAD excl. VAT per user per year. Caps per organisation, per feature and per person, an alert at 80%. When a cap is reached, the AI stops — the bill does not grow.

Mobile and offline

Designed for the phone first. Even on weak 4G.

Your field teams have no desk. The platform goes to them.

  • Installable, no app store A web app installed from the browser, on Android and iPhone alike.
  • Offline Downloaded over Wi-Fi, documents, videos and practice quizzes open offline; answers are sent when the network is back.
  • Low-data mode Lighter videos and deferred images for tight data plans.
  • Right-to-left Arabic The whole interface flips, down to directional icons and charts.

The same screen in Arabic: the interface reads right to left.

Security, hosting and data

Your data, with a host you can name.

Hetzner, in Germany, in the European Union, by default; in Morocco on request. The product is the same in both places.

Isolation by the database

Every row carries its organisation's identifier, and PostgreSQL refuses any read outside your space, even if the application gets it wrong. A test checks it on every release.

Encryption

HTTPS everywhere, secrets and tokens encrypted in the database, encrypted backups, files served through signed, expiring links.

Audit log

Every sensitive action is recorded in an append-only log the database refuses to alter, purged only at the retention period you set.

Tested backups

Point-in-time recovery, timed in a drill. Our objectives: at worst 15 minutes of data lost and 4 hours of downtime.

A named host

Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany. A written, rehearsed procedure moves your data to Morocco during an announced maintenance window.

Law 09-08 and the CNDP

You remain the controller, we are the processor: records of processing, draft CNDP declaration, data processing agreement, retention periods.

Controlled support access

Read-only, with your approval, seven days at most, every read written to your audit log.

Export everything, any time

Data, files and courses in an archive of open formats, no negotiation. Your data belongs to you.

Integrations

It fits into your information system, not next to it.

Migration

We migrate. You stay in control.

Your courses, users and links are carried over. Your trainers sign off every course before the switch.

  1. Extraction

Users, roles, structure, enrolments and grades are retrieved; your courses are imported from their exports.

  2. Dry-run report

One report per course: imported, adapted or skipped. Each trainer signs off their courses.

  3. Parallel run

Four to six weeks with a pilot unit, the old platform read-only.

  4. Switch and training

A switch-over weekend, short training for trainers and HR, video tutorials in French.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us first.

Book a demo

Do we need to install an app?

No. The platform opens in the browser, on desktop and phone, and installs on the home screen in two taps, without an app store.

Where is our data hosted?

With Hetzner, in Germany, in the European Union, by default; in Morocco on request, on a dedicated instance (Enterprise plan). The product is identical in both places.

Can we bring our existing courses?

Yes. We import your current platform's exports, SCORM, IMS Common Cartridge and QTI packages, then deliver one report per course: what is carried over as is, what is adapted, what is not.

How long does it take to start?

A new space is ready in a day. A migration from an existing platform usually takes six to ten weeks, including four to six weeks of parallel run.

Is AI mandatory?

No. It is an add-on, capped in dirhams. Without it, the rest of the product works. With it, nothing is published without human approval and, under the providers' API terms, your content is not used to train their models.

Is the interface really available in Arabic?

Yes, entirely and right to left, with a dedicated Arabic typeface. Each person picks their language; content can be in Arabic, French or English.

Can we use our own brand?

Yes: logo, colour, displayed product name and, on the Pro plan, your own domain. The colour is checked automatically to stay legible.

What if we decide to leave?

You export everything — people, courses, grades, history — in open formats. It is written into the contract.

See it with your own courses.
