The frame

No training
Under the providers' API terms, your content and data are not used to train their models.
Pseudonymisation
People are referred to by pseudonymous identifiers in what is sent.
Consent
Learner-facing features are switched on per organisation, and explained to the learner.
The cost
Capped, in dirhams, no surprises.
30 MAD excl. VAT per user per year. Monthly caps per organisation, daily caps per feature and per person; an alert at 80%. When a cap is reached, the feature pauses and the rest of the product carries on.
