Who is responsible
The controller of the data collected by this website is Whiteboard, a company being registered, Casablanca, Morocco. Questions: contact@whiteboard.ma.
This policy covers the whiteboard.ma website only. Data processed in the Whiteboard platform by our customers falls under their own policy: the customer is the controller and Whiteboard acts as processor under a data processing agreement.
This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
What the website collects
- Through the demo request form: company, full name, job title, work e-mail, phone (optional), headcount, current platform (optional), message (optional) and page language. The form prepares an e-mail that you send yourself, from your own mailbox: nothing reaches us until you send it.
- Through the hosting infrastructure: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, in technical logs.
- Nothing else: no cookie, no tracker, no analytics, no advertising pixel, no font or script loaded from a third party.
Why
- To answer your request and organise the demo — based on your request and consent.
- To keep the website secure and working — based on our legitimate interest.
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred, and is never used for advertising profiling.
Who can access it
The people at Whiteboard who handle requests, and the strictly necessary technical providers, bound by confidentiality: the website host (Hetzner Online GmbH) and the provider of our mailbox, which receives your e-mails.
Transfers outside Morocco
The website is hosted in Germany, in the European Union, by Hetzner Online GmbH. This transfer outside Morocco is governed by articles 43 and 44 of Law 09-08; our declaration to the CNDP is in progress.
How long
- Demo requests: three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Hosting technical logs: automatic rotation with a bounded volume; used only for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Under articles 7, 8 and 9 of Law 09-08 you have the right to access, rectify and object, including to direct marketing, and to have your data deleted. Write to contact@whiteboard.ma; we answer within one month at the latest.
You may also contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP), www.cndp.ma.
If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (erasure, restriction, portability) and may complain to your local supervisory authority.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only, with no third-party resource. Requests are accessible only to the people who handle them.
