We run the migration. Your trainers sign off. Both platforms run in parallel for as long as needed.
The method
Six steps, a written schedule.

Scoping
Export mandate, inventory of courses, roles and integrations, renewal date of your current contract.

Extraction
Users, roles, structure, enrolments and grade history through your platform's API; courses through their exports.

Dry-run report
One report per course: carried over as is, adapted, or skipped, with the reason. Each trainer signs off their courses.

Parallel run
Four to six weeks with a pilot unit. The old platform becomes read-only; newcomers are synchronised every night.

Switch-over
One weekend: final sync, your space's address, updated links.

Training
Two half-days for trainers, one for unit HR teams, video tutorials in French, two weeks of office hours.
The import report
What is carried over, and what is not, in writing.
Modules, folders, documents, files, links, tests and question banks, discussions, announcements, grade columns and release conditions are carried over. Whatever cannot be carried over as is gets flagged, course by course, before the switch.

People
Accounts, roles, structure, enrolments; sign-in by invitation or through your SSO.
Grade history
Carried over read-only, or archived as PDF transcripts, as you prefer.
LTI links
Your LTI 1.3 tools are re-registered and their deep links carried over.
Your vocabulary
The names you give roles and units are kept as they are.
Community spaces
Rebuilt as communities: feed, files, forum.
The right time
Fit the migration to your calendar.
- We start from your current contract's renewal date, so you never pay for two platforms longer than the parallel run.
- Expect six to ten weeks between scoping and switch-over in most cases.
- Implementation is billed once, between 50,000 and 150,000 MAD excl. VAT depending on volume, integrations and training.
