These terms govern access to and use of the whiteboard.ma website. Using the website means accepting them. A subscription to the Whiteboard service is governed by a separate contract.
This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
Access
The website is free to access, without registration. We may suspend access, for maintenance in particular, without notice or compensation.
Published information
The website describes the Whiteboard service in general terms. Features, prices and timelines are given for information; only the signed proposal and contract bind Whiteboard.
Features presented as upcoming (“later”, “v2”) belong to the roadmap and are not contractual.
Illustrative examples, demonstrations and screenshots show fictitious data.
Intellectual property
The website and its content are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, without Whiteboard's written consent is prohibited.
Contact form
You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the form to send unlawful, advertising or malicious content.
Links to other websites
The website may link to third-party websites, such as the CNDP's. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
Whiteboard strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information without being able to guarantee it in all circumstances, and cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the website.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Casablanca.
